Prayagraj, December 7, 2024: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted a review meeting to assess the preparations for the upcoming Mahakumbh 2025 in Prayagraj. The CM visited key sites and held discussions with officials to ensure that all arrangements are in place for the grand religious gathering.
During the review, CM Adityanath emphasized the importance of providing necessary infrastructure, security, and sanitation for the millions of devotees expected to attend. He instructed officials to focus on enhancing road connectivity, setting up medical facilities, and ensuring a clean water supply.
The Chief Minister also stressed the need for efficient crowd management and disaster preparedness to handle the large number of pilgrims. He directed the police and other authorities to work in coordination for maintaining law and order.
The Mahakumbh, one of the largest religious congregations in the world, is expected to draw millions of devotees for ritual baths and spiritual activities. CM Adityanath assured that the state government is committed to making the event a success while ensuring the safety and comfort of all participants.
