The National Seismological Centre (NCS) identified the earthquake’s epicenter in Telangana, with the effects spreading to nearby regions in Maharashtra, particularly the Amravati district.
In Maharashtra, areas like Chikaldhara, Katkumbh, and Melghat experienced mild shaking. Authorities have confirmed that no significant damage or casualties have been reported, and there were no immediate signs of structural harm in the affected areas.
