    Amit Shah to Lead Legislative Workshop and Celebrate Gujarat’s Dairy Milestones Tomorrow

    NEW DELHI: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be visiting Gujarat tomorrow for a packed schedule of important events. In Ahmedabad, he is set to participate in a workshop on legislative drafting. Organized by the Gujarat Assembly in collaboration with the Institute of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies and Gujarat National Law University, the workshop will focus on training state officers in the intricacies of legislative processes. Shah is expected to share his expertise, emphasizing the importance of precise and effective drafting for governance.

    The workshop will train officers in drafting laws, notifications, and bills, addressing themes such as constitutional provisions, statutory interpretation, and the correct structuring of legislative documents. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and other dignitaries will also be present at this event, highlighting its significance in improving the quality of governance in the state.

    Later in the day, Shah will travel to Anand to attend two significant events. The first is the Diamond Jubilee celebration of the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), marking 60 years of its contributions to India’s dairy industry. The second is a program commemorating the birth anniversary of Amul’s founder, Tribhuvandas Patel, recognizing his visionary role in transforming India into a global leader in milk production.

    These events underscore Shah’s focus on sustainability, governance, and agriculture. By addressing the NDDB celebration, he will highlight the importance of cooperative models in economic growth and environmental sustainability, reinforcing Gujarat’s leading role in these sectors.
