Eknath Shinde Confident of ‘Hat-Trick’ Victory for Mahayuti in Maharashtra Assembly Elections

Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has expressed confidence in securing a “hat-trick” victory for the Mahayuti alliance in the upcoming state assembly elections. Speaking at a public rally, Shinde stated that the alliance’s track record of governance and development would ensure their continued success, claiming that the people of Maharashtra were supportive of the government’s policies and leadership.

Shinde emphasized that the Mahayuti alliance, which includes his Shiv Sena faction along with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and smaller allies, had focused on both social welfare and economic growth during its tenure. He credited these efforts with creating a strong foundation for the state’s future, adding that the alliance was poised to retain power in the next election.

The Chief Minister also took a swipe at the opposition, accusing them of failing to provide effective governance in the past. He urged voters to choose the Mahayuti for continued progress and stability, pointing to the alliance’s achievements in infrastructure, job creation, and social welfare schemes as key reasons for the public’s trust.

Shinde’s call for a third consecutive term for the alliance comes as the state gears up for the assembly elections, with both the ruling and opposition parties intensifying their campaigns. The Mahayuti’s leadership remains optimistic about a strong electoral showing based on their performance and ongoing support from the people of Maharashtra.
