The earthquake, which hit the Afghanistan region at 10:43 AM, caused widespread panic as residents rushed outdoors. However, there have been no immediate reports of casualties or property damage.
The tremors were felt strongly in areas of the Kashmir Valley, with people expressing fear due to the suddenness of the shaking. Local officials quickly responded, assuring the public that there was no significant destruction.
Despite the intensity of the tremors, authorities reported that no fatalities or injuries had been confirmed. Initial assessments indicated that the earthquake’s epicenter was located in Afghanistan, which was the source of the seismic activity.
