    TDP Government Announces Second Round of Nominations, Filling Key Positions

    In Vijayawada, the TDP-led NDA government released the second list of nominated posts on Saturday. Following the appointment of 20 chairpersons for various corporations in the first list, the government filled additional posts, including the Trust Board for the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). The second list includes 62 posts across various corporations and four regional boards of APSRTC. Of these, the TDP secured 49 posts, while the JSP and BJP were allocated 10 and 3 posts, respectively.

    Notably, spiritual preacher Chaganti Koteswara Rao was appointed as Advisor to Students Ethics and Values with Cabinet rank. TDP senior leader Mohammad Sharif, who played a key role in the APCRDA repeal bill during the previous YSRC government, was appointed Minority Affairs Advisor with Cabinet rank. Other key appointments include TDP spokespersons Kommareddy Pattabhiram and GV Reddy as chairpersons of Andhra Pradesh Swachh Andhra Corporation and AP State Fibernet Limited, respectively.

    Several other leaders were also appointed to prominent posts. Former minister Sujay Krishna Ranga Rao was made Chairman of AP Forest Development Corporation, while Ravi Venkateswara Rao, who lost his Gudivada constituency ticket, was appointed Chairman of AP State Warehousing Corporation. TDP’s farmers wing president, Mareddy Srinivas Reddy, was appointed Chairman of the State Agriculture Mission, and Anam Venkataramana Reddy became Chairman of the State Aquaculture Development Authority.

    Tejaswi Podapati, a vocal TDP supporter, was appointed as Chairperson of the AP Cultural Mission, while Manjula Reddy from Macherla took on the role of Chairperson of the AP Shilparamam Arts, Crafts, and Cultural Society. Former YSRC MLA Undavalli Sridevi, who joined the TDP, was appointed as Chairperson of the AP Madiga Welfare Corporation. Additionally, Chillapalli Srinivasa Rao from the JSP was named Chairman of the AP Medical Services Infrastructure Development Corporation.
