Nara Lokesh Envisions Andhra Pradesh as a Model for Development at VIT University Event

Minister Nara Lokesh recently spoke at an international education exhibition inaugurated at VIT University in Amaravati, where he highlighted the significant role of reforms initiated by former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in advancing IT development in Andhra Pradesh. Lokesh credited these initiatives with enabling many Telugu people to attain influential positions in global companies. During the event, Lokesh reviewed innovative student projects on display.

In his speech, Lokesh reflected on the differences between higher education systems abroad and in India. Drawing on his own experience studying overseas, he noted the lack of invigilators during exams in foreign universities, suggesting that Indian institutions might also adopt similar advanced practices in the future. He emphasized the value of self-directed paths to success, noting that individual experiences are invaluable for personal growth. Lokesh shared his own political journey, referencing his initial loss in Mangalagiri and his commitment to working harder to achieve future victories.

Further, Lokesh expressed a vision for India to become a model for development, much like the international admiration for the Singapore and China models. He expressed confidence that Andhra Pradesh, particularly Amaravati, would play a crucial role in this process, with the state government actively pursuing the necessary steps to make this vision a reality.
