“The six policies are the game changers” – Chandrababu’s warning: It won’t work if you try to meddle with alcohol

CM Chandrababu Naidu’s Comments: Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu emphasized that the behavior of public representatives will determine the results of the upcoming elections, which will depend on the majority. He pointed out that everyone should understand why the YSRCP, which won 151 seats, fell to 11, despite not committing any major offenses. He warned that if the party follows the same path, the state would again face a disastrous situation. He cautioned that if the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leaders make the same mistakes as the YSRCP regarding sand and liquor policies, they will not be spared. Chandrababu spoke during a meeting of party MLAs, MPs, and MLCs held at the TDP central office in Mangalagiri.

Chandrababu in TDP Meeting: The Chief Minister and TDP leader, Chandrababu, expressed the need to continuously review the government’s actions and make decisions for the party’s future. He stated that everyone should understand why the entire state is interested in the TDP legislative party meeting. He emphasized the importance of maintaining the trust that people placed in them when they voted. He advised coordinating the grievances of party workers who have suffered significantly and faced hardships over the past five years. Even after taking on responsibilities as Chief Minister for the fourth time, he mentioned that he had never seen such devastating consequences for officials and systems in the past. He commented that all systems are deteriorating and, due to limited resources, it is taking time to rectify everything. He criticized the lack of proper audits in any department and pointed out that even central funds have been diverted at will.

Chandrababu on Preparation for Next Elections: Chandrababu clarified to the party’s public representatives that while it takes a long time to gain credibility as a leader, it only takes a minute to lose it. He emphasized that this principle applies to everyone, including himself. He mentioned that he sat for five hours at the Prime Minister’s NDA Chief Ministers’ meeting to signal their readiness for the upcoming elections and insisted that they should adopt the same principle here.

He cautioned that everyone, including himself, has suffered due to the chaos of the past five years. He warned against complacency, stating that just because they won, they should not think everything is fine, as it could lead to significant problems. He noted that nearly 65 new MLAs, including 18 new ministers, have joined the ranks, highlighting the presence of youth and educated individuals. He remarked that just as they coordinate to address small problems in every household, it is natural for such coordination to exist within a family-like party as well.

Chandrababu on Leaders’ Behavior: Chandrababu emphasized that the behavior of public representatives will determine the results of the upcoming elections and the majority. He urged everyone to understand why the YSRCP, which won 151 seats, fell to 11 despite not committing any major offenses. He warned that if they continue on the same path, the state will again face disastrous outcomes. He stated that those who make mistakes should not be spared, but cautioned against seeking revenge, advising everyone to notice this distinction. He asserted that only by working as a united force can they meet the expectations of the people. He made it clear that if anyone in the NDA makes a mistake, the impact will fall on the Chief Minister, and everyone should keep this in mind.

Chandrababu’s Warning to MLAs: Chandrababu warned that if the leaders of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) also commit the mistakes made by the YSRCP in the sand and liquor policies, they will not be spared. He made it clear that if the public starts to doubt them, it will create difficulties for the party and its leaders. He emphasized that discipline is necessary for everyone regarding the issues of sand and liquor. He stated that the Magunta family has been in the liquor business for a long time, and clarified that only those people can venture into liquor; for everyone else, it would not be possible. He criticized that the YSRCP leaders have bags and bags of money stolen from the liquor trade. He commented that without proper resources, no election can be won solely through money. He said he would speak separately with everyone again regarding the liquor and sand policies.

CBN on Industrial Parks: Chandrababu clarified that there will be one or more industrial parks established in every constituency. He mentioned that industrial parks will be set up with the participation of farmers. He revealed that if developers come forward to develop farmers’ lands, they will make farmers partners in industries, bringing changes to their lives. He stated that they are spending nearly 700 crores to fill the pits that the YSRCP dug. He made it clear that the responsibility of solving any issues faced by the workers lies with the leaders. He explained that the government has introduced Super 6 policies similar to the Super 6 scheme in the elections, and these will be game changers.

Chandrababu on NDA Alliance: Chandrababu advised party public representatives that to win again in 2029, they should align with the NDA. He made it clear that he will involve MLAs as partners in government programs. He suggested that they should take the work done by both the state government and the central government to the people. He revealed that the three parties will coordinate and communicate with each other when necessary.

He directed that they should not only protect the TDP in the 41 constituencies where there are no TDP MLAs but also stand by the MLAs of the allied parties. He emphasized that if everyone looks after their own interests, it will create difficulties when the elections come again; therefore, coordination among the three parties is essential in every constituency.

Chandrababu stated that every issue should come to him directly, and he should address it; he suggested that ministers should take responsibility for this. He proposed setting up a special system to resolve public petitions to build trust among the affected individuals. He emphasized that if every petition cannot be fulfilled, a clear explanation should be provided as to why it cannot be done, and that every feasible petition should be addressed.
