San Francisco, April 17, 2025 – OpenAI has launched a new “Library” feature in ChatGPT, enabling users to easily manage and access all their AI-generated images in one place. Available to Free, Plus, and Pro users on both web and mobile platforms, the Library presents a grid view of previously created images and allows users to generate new ones. Users can interact with their images by holding to edit, save, or share them.
This feature currently supports only images created using GPT-4o’s image generation capabilities, excluding visuals made with older models like DALL·E. The update is designed to improve the user experience by offering a centralized location for managing AI-generated images, making it easier for users to revisit and work with their creations.
