Diphu, Assam, April 17, 2025 – Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma will inaugurate development projects worth over ₹100 crore in Karbi Anglong today. These projects focus on improving infrastructure, education, healthcare, and connectivity in the region, aiming to uplift areas that have long faced developmental delays.
The Chief Minister will also review ongoing schemes under the Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council and interact with local communities. Officials highlighted that the projects are expected to bring lasting socio-economic benefits, reinforcing the state government’s focus on inclusive growth in tribal and hill areas.
