New Delhi, April 14, 2025 – President Droupadi Murmu paid floral tribute to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar on his 135th birth anniversary at the Parliament House complex on Monday. The President honoured the legacy of the chief architect of the Indian Constitution, recognising his pivotal role in shaping India’s democratic foundation and advocating for social justice.
The tribute ceremony was attended by several dignitaries, including Union Ministers, Members of Parliament, and senior officials. President Murmu reflected on Dr. Ambedkar’s enduring vision for an inclusive and equitable India, and emphasised the importance of continuing his mission to uplift the marginalised sections of society.
