New Delhi, April 8, 2025 – External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar met with Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, during his visit to the national capital. The meeting focused on strengthening India-UAE strategic ties, particularly in areas of trade, investment, energy, and digital cooperation. Both leaders appreciated the strong momentum in bilateral relations and discussed new avenues for collaboration under the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
EAM Jaishankar highlighted India’s interest in enhancing connectivity with the Gulf region and appreciated the UAE’s role as a key partner in India’s economic and expatriate engagement. The Crown Prince expressed his commitment to deepening ties with India and acknowledged the contribution of the Indian community in the UAE’s development.
