Amaravati, March 28, 2025 — The coalition government is modernizing Amaravati’s villages under the Amaravati Smart & Sustainable City Corporation. As part of the CITIIS initiative, ₹138.62 crore is being invested in infrastructure projects, including schools, Anganwadis, and e-health centers, with solar panels installed to promote sustainability.
With 90% of tenders finalized, reconstruction work is set to begin. Contractors are clearing debris, and essential facilities for laborers are in place. Key infrastructure projects like roads and drainage systems are progressing, with IIT experts approving the revival of stalled projects.
