Mandya, March 26, 2025: HD Kumaraswamy, Member of Parliament for Mandya and Union Minister of Heavy Industries and Steel, discussed the welfare of CAPF personnel with Shri HR Singh Avaru, former Additional Director General of CRPF. Key issues raised included setting up CGHS dispensaries in Hassan, Shivamogga, Davangere, and Gulbarga, and establishing Ardh Sainik Kalyan Boards in Karnataka.
Kumaraswamy assured his full support for these initiatives, emphasizing the need for enhanced healthcare and welfare services for CAPF personnel, including better rehabilitation opportunities through PSU schemes.
