New Delhi, March 26, 2025: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will conduct the CS Executive and Professional exams from June 1 to June 10, 2025. Candidates can enroll with a late fee until April 9, 2025. The exam fee is ₹1,500 per group for the Executive Programme and ₹1,800 for the Professional Programme, with a ₹250 late fee. Any changes in exam centre, module, medium, or optional subject will require an additional ₹250 per change.
Candidates under the Executive (2022 syllabus) and Professional (2017 or 2022 syllabus) must pass the Pre-Examination Test. The exemption request deadline for higher qualifications is April 9, 2025. Students should retain their fee receipt, and Executive Programme candidates must complete the Online Pre-Exam Test and One-Day Orientation Programme.
