New Delhi, March 26, 2025: Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar launched a nationwide training program for Booth Level Officers (BLOs) to improve electoral roll updates. The initiative focuses on equipping BLOs with updated voter registration guidelines and digital tools to ensure accuracy in the electoral process.
The program aims to enhance voter inclusivity by eliminating duplicate entries and assisting new voters. The Election Commission is also integrating advanced technology to simplify registration and verification, strengthening election preparedness ahead of upcoming polls.
