Islamabad, March 22, 2025 – Pakistan has granted a temporary No Objection Certificate (NOC) to Elon Musk’s Starlink, allowing it to begin operations in the country. The approval, announced by the Information Technology Ministry, aims to improve internet connectivity, especially in remote areas.
This decision follows India’s recent approval for Starlink, where the company partnered with Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio to expand satellite internet services. These developments are expected to enhance digital access in South Asia, providing high-speed connectivity in underserved regions.
