Amaravati, February 25, 2025: A heated debate took place in the Legislative Council between NDA and YSRCP members, focusing on election promises, jobs, and appointments. YSRCP MLC Varudu Kalyani accused the Governor’s address of containing false statements, which was refuted by Minister Nara Lokesh. He criticized the previous YSRCP government’s handling of Dalit issues and the state’s finances and called for the retraction of Kalyani’s claims.
