Chandigarh, February 24, 2025: Punjab Police has opened the registration for the 2025 constable recruitment, offering 1,746 vacancies. The online application process will run from February 21 to March 13, 2025. Vacancies include 1,261 posts for District Police Cadre and 485 for Armed Police Cadre. Applicants must have completed Class 12 and be aged between 18 and 28 years.
The selection process consists of a Computer-Based Test (CBT), Physical Screening (PST), and Physical Measurement Test (PMT), followed by document scrutiny. The application fee is Rs 1,200 for the general category, Rs 500 for Ex-Servicemen of Punjab, and Rs 700 for SC/ST and EWS categories. Applicants can apply through the official website.
