Chandigarh, February 14 – Punjab Police has opened recruitment for 1,746 constable positions, including 1,261 posts in the District Police Cadre and 485 in the Armed Police Cadre. Eligible candidates who have completed Class 12 and are aged between 18 and 28 can apply online from February 21 to March 13.
The selection process includes a Computer-Based Test (CBT), Physical Screening Test (PST), Physical Measurement Test (PMT), and document scrutiny. Application fees are Rs 1,200 for general candidates, Rs 500 for Ex-Servicemen of Punjab, and Rs 700 for SC/ST/EWS applicants. Interested candidates can apply on the official Punjab Police website.
