    Chandrababu Stresses Citizen-Centric Governance, Calls for Swift File Resolutions

    Amaravati, February 12, 2025: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu urged department secretaries to focus on citizen-friendly governance during a meeting at the Secretariat. Highlighting the need for efficiency, he called for swift resolution of public grievances and faster processing of online files, discouraging delays and arrogance in administration. Stressing inter-departmental coordination, he emphasized continuous learning and the importance of improving systems to meet public expectations.

    Chandrababu also discussed the launch of the P4 policy on Ugadi, urging officials to expedite non-financial promises from the election manifesto. He praised the coalition government for clearing ₹22,507 crores in pending dues despite financial challenges and commended the Finance Department for ensuring timely payment of salaries and pensions. The Chief Minister encouraged efforts to secure central funds and maintain progress on projects despite budget constraints.
