Prayagraj, February 4, 2025 – His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck of Bhutan participated in the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj on Monday, taking a holy dip in the Triveni Sangam along with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The King, who has visited India for this special occasion, offered prayers at the sacred confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Sarasvati River.
The momentous event was marked by a sense of spiritual unity, with thousands of devotees gathered to witness the religious ceremony.
