Tirumala, January 28, 2025: ISRO Chairman Dr. S. Somanath paid a visit to the sacred hill temple of Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala. During his visit, he offered prayers to the deity and sought blessings for the progress of India’s space endeavors. Dr. Somanath, who was accompanied by his family, spent time at the temple complex and participated in the special rituals conducted for the devotees.
Meanwhile, renowned playback singer Sunitha also visited the temple on the same day, making a brief yet significant appearance. The visit of these prominent personalities to the holy shrine of Tirumala added a special vibrancy to the temple town, drawing attention from devotees and the media alike. Both the ISRO chairman and the singer were warmly received by the temple authorities and the locals.
