New Delhi, January 25, 2025: Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, met Union Finance Minister Mrs. Nirmala Sitharaman in New Delhi yesterday. During the meeting, Naidu thanked the government for the revival package allocated to Vizag Steel Plant, which is expected to boost the region’s industrial sector and create employment opportunities. He emphasized the importance of continued support for such initiatives to foster regional economic growth.
The discussion also covered key development projects in Andhra Pradesh, including the Polavaram irrigation project and the development of Amaravati, the state capital. Naidu urged the Finance Minister to extend support for these critical projects to ensure their successful implementation and contribute to the state’s long-term development and prosperity.
