Visakhapatnam, January 7 – Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Visakhapatnam on Wednesday for his first trip to the city since the formation of the NDA government. Modi will arrive at 4:15 PM and be welcomed by Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan. At 4:45 PM, they will participate in a roadshow from Siripuram Junction to Andhra University Engineering College.
At 5:30 PM, Modi will address a public gathering and inaugurate several key projects, including the NTPCE Integrated Green Hydrogen Hub, Krishna Patnam Industrial Hub, and a Bulk Drug Park in Nakkapalli, spanning 2,000 acres with an investment of ₹1,876.66 crore. He will also lay the foundation for a new railway zone.
Tight security arrangements are in place for the visit, with an estimated 3 lakh attendees. After the event, Modi will proceed to Bhubaneswar, while Naidu and Kalyan will head to Vijayawada and Gannavaram, respectively.
