Jammu: Two jawans of the territorial Army were abducted by terrorists in the forest area of Anantnag in Jammu and Kashmir. According to sources, one of the personnel managed to flee from the captivity and return.
In response to the incident, the Indian Army, along with Jammu and Kashmir Police, have launched an operation to search for the missing Army jawan.
The Chinar Corps of the Indian Army said that a joint counter operation was a launched along with police and other agencies in Kazwan Forest on October 8 as one soldier of Territorial Army remained missing. The massive rescue and search operation was carried out overnight and is still underway.
